西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院感染科(肝病治疗中心)
历史的变迁及现状
西安交通大学第二医院感染科(即原西安医科大学第二临床医学院肝胆病医院),创建于1962年,始为儿科和传染科共建的一个综合性科室,70年代初独立成立传染科。历经几代人,诸如霍炳蔚、吴修斌、张国统、任喜民、程训明等老一代专家几十年的建设与发展,目前本科室已经成为国内综合医院规模较大的收治肝病及其它传染病治疗中心之一。同时为本院感染病学教学、科研、临床培训基地。现学科为博士学位授予点,国家临床药物试验基地。
在学科发展过程中吴修斌教授、任喜民教授等曾担任了中华医学会陕西省传染病与寄生虫病学学会第二届至第五届主任委员。1999年在西安本学科在省学会领导下配合中华医学会感染病学分会胜利召开了全国传染病学会议。近年来学科发展节节攀升,临床、教学及科研均取得了长足的进步,在2006年度及2007年度被医院评为先进科室,2008度获医院医疗综合奖第二名。尤其是2007年度科室在医院医、教、研综合考评中获得第一名的好成绩。现在全科51名医护人员以饱满的工作热情,全心全意地为省内外患者健康服务。
目前科室人员的学会任职及社会兼职
程延安教授、硕士生导师。历任第二医院副院长、常务副院长、现任第二医院党委副书记兼纪委书记。并担任国际医学中国互联网络委员会常务理事,陕西省国际医学交流促进会常务理事,陕西省预防医学会医院感染控制专业委员会常委等多项委员会副主任委员。国家自然科学基金一审评审专家,主持国家自然科学基金1项,承担和参与国家、卫生部及省级科学研究基金6项。发表学术论文30余篇。
党双锁教授、博士生导师。任中华医学会全国重型肝病及人工肝血液净化公关协作组全国委员,陕西省高级专家协会理事,中华医学会性传播疾病防治专业委员会常委兼秘书,中华医学会陕西省心身医学专业委员会常委。中国康复学会陕西省分会肝病学委员会副主任委员,国家自然科学基金一审评审专家,世界华人消化杂志、中国肝病杂志、Evidence Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.(美国)等3种核心期刊编委,主要从事肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌的发病机制的诊断和治疗研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金2项,承担和参与国家、卫生部及省级科学研究基金21项。发表学术论文60余篇,SCI收录6篇,Medline收录1篇,主编专著2部。获陕西省教委科技进步二等奖及陕西省科技进步三等奖各一项。
刘拉羊副教授陕西省肝病康复专业委员会常务委员。发表学术论文20余篇。
邓红教授(硕士生导师)及薛红安副教授(硕士生导师)均担任中华医学会陕西省传染病与寄生虫病学会副主任委员。赵文学医师任中华医学会陕西省传染病与寄生虫病学会常委兼秘书。
现有5人承担国家核心期刊编委,有3人为国家自然科学基金及陕西省科技攻关项目评审专家。

护理人员:34名,具有本科学历人员8名。
2.科室设置
科室有一个感染专科门诊(在门诊楼东侧),设病毒性肝炎专家诊室、肠道疾病专家诊室、杂病专家诊室,输液观察诊室,治疗室。一个肝病专家教授门诊(在医院大门西侧)设有2个诊室、一个治疗室、一个B超室。并设有挂号、收费、取药处。
病房设有三个病区,实际开放病床69张,年收住院病人1000余人次以上;负责各类会诊500余次/年;每周7天专科门诊均由教授、副教授应诊,年门诊人数15000人次以上。
三个实验室及人工肝治疗中心设在感染科住院楼四层。实验室承担各项科研课题及研究生课题实验任务。
3.设备与技术
医疗特色:开展MARS人工肝治疗各种原因所致肝功能衰竭;CRRT连续性肾替代疗法治疗肾综合征出血热(危重型)及急性肾功能衰竭和各种并发症等。
同时承担西安交通大学医学院留学生、七年制、本科生等各个层次的教学任务,现为博士学位授予点,已培养出博士、硕士研究生30余人。
目前正在承担国家自然科学基金3项,985科技攻关1项,承担科技部“重型肝病临床诊断与治疗一体化研究”攻关 科题子项目一项。省级科研项目二十余项。获得省市级科技成果3项。近五年来发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI收录6篇,MEDLINE收录4篇。主编专著4部。
诊治疾病:
1)病毒性肝炎(急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、急性重型肝炎、亚急性重型肝炎、慢性重型肝炎);
2) 肝炎肝硬化 ,肝炎肝硬化并消化道出血、腹水、肝性脑病;肝癌
3)脂肪肝、自身免疫性肝病;
4) 肾综合症出血热(又称流行性出血热);
5 )流行性乙型脑炎;流行性脑脊髓膜炎;
6)细菌型痢疾 ;细菌型食物中毒;
7 )水痘、疱疹、麻疹、腮腺炎;
8) 伤寒与副伤寒, 炭疽,疟疾;
9) 艾滋病;
10)其它感染性疾病。

The Department of Infectious Diseases of The Second Affiliated Hospital of The Medical College of Xi’an Jiaotong University(Liver disease treatment center)
Our department was founded in 1962, and was initially two departments: infectious diseases and pediatrics departments. The department became independent in the 1970s. After decades of construction and development with experts such as Huo Bingwei, Wuxiubin, Zhang Guotong, and others, our department has become one of the largest treatment centers in China for liver and other infectious diseases. Now our department is a center for teaching, research and clinical training within the hospital. We are able to award the doctor’s degree, and we are the national clinical drug testing base.
Professor Ren Ximin and Wu Xiubin respectively chaired the second and fifth meeting on infectious diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in Shaanxi province, which has greatly benefited the department. In recent years, we have greatly developed our teaching, research and clinical work. In 2006 and 2007, we were among the highly commended departments in our hospital. In 2008, we received the award as the second best department in our hospital. In particular, we received highest commendation for teaching, research and clinical work in our hospital. Now our department provides a wholehearted, enthusiastic and high quality service for all of our patients.
Members in our department The Infectious Diseases department has many highly trained doctors. Our doctors include the well-known infectious disease experts Professor Wu Xiubin and Professor Zhang Guotong.
The department director is Professor Dang Shuangsuo.
The Vice-chairman is Professor Liu Layang.

Structure of our department:
There are 69 beds in the department, which also holds an artificial liver support system center, a hemodialysis center and three laboratories. The equipment within the department includes ventilators, a CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy) machine, vital signs monitors and B ultrasound equipment. The annual number of inpatients and outpatients in this department is 1,000 and 15,000 respectively.
Equipment and technology:
Our specialist equipment includes an artificial liver support system (MARS) to treat liver failure; and a CRRT machine, used in the treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, acute renal failure and other renal and multisystem diseases.The teaching programs within our department include: the five-year and seven-year programs for undergraduate clinical medicine students; and opportunities for students from other countries, as well as Chinese students on exchange programs from other universities. So far, 30 of our students have graduated with a master or doctor degree. Recently we have received grants from the National Basic Research Program of China (985 Program), and from three programs of the national natural science fund, among others. As a department, we have published more than 100 research papers in national and international journals, and have authored 4 books.
